Aglio Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 small fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Aglio Napoletano
  • Crackers or crostini 

Directions

  1. Blend olive oil with Aglio Napoletano.
  2. Add in tomatoes and stir gently.
  3. Prepare a serving plate with crackers or crostini and top with bruschetta mixture.
