Aglio Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Aglio Napoletano
- Crackers or crostini
Directions
- Blend olive oil with Aglio Napoletano.
- Add in tomatoes and stir gently.
- Prepare a serving plate with crackers or crostini and top with bruschetta mixture.
