Charred Lemon Compound Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp Charred Lemon Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsely (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional)

Directions

1. Bring butter to room temperature
2. Using a fork, incorporate all ingredients
3. Using plastic wrap, form into a log shape. Refridgerate or freeze until use.
