Charred Lemon Compound Butter
Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 tsp Charred Lemon Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsely (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional)
Directions
1. Bring butter to room temperature
2. Using a fork, incorporate all ingredients
3. Using plastic wrap, form into a log shape. Refridgerate or freeze until use.
