Cinnamon Soul Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup quick rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Soul
  • Optional: fresh fruit, almond butter, etc.

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small mason jar.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Eat directly from the jar.
