Easy Smoky BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Chorizo Rub, plus extra
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp white-wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Liquid smoke, optional

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl, to taste.
  2. Serve immediately.
