Ingredients
- 1 lb cod
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 package small tortilla wraps
- 1 tbsp Organic Taqueria Blend

1 tsp Holy Grail Garlic Salt
- Optional: shredded cheddar OR crumbled cotija, pico de Gallo, a drizzle of crema, fresh radish or coleslaw.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Place fish on a parchement lined cookie sheet, drizzle with oil, rub both sides with Organic Taqueria Blend & Holy Grail Garlic Salt
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, break into pieces with 2 forks
- Place fish in tortilla wrap and dress according to your taste!
