Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 lbs mushrooms (button, portobello, enoki, cremini, etc)
- 3 cloved garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated gruyere/oka/cheddar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Butcher's Block
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 pepper
Directions
- Make crepe batter with milk, flour, eggs and vegetable oil
- In a medum frying pan, saute in oil & butter the garlic, thyme, mushrooms, S & P for 5-7 minutes
- Add cream & cheese, saute for another 3 minutes until combined & melted
- Cook crepes, add mushroom mixture & serve
