Ingredients
- 2 Lbs of potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 Tbps Smoked Chorizo Rub
- 2 Tbps Olive Oil
- Fresh chives
Directions
- Fill large pot (large enough to fit your potatoes) with salted water and bring to a boil
- Add in potatoes and boil. Once tender, drain.
- Add olive oil to pan on medium high.
- Once oil is hot, add potatoes until browned (about 10 minutes).
- Add garlic and cook for another two minutes
- Add Smoked Chorizo Rub and chives and cook for another minute or two.
- Serve immediately.
