Smoky Chorizo Rice
Ingredients
- 2 cups Basmati rice
- 3 cups water
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp Smoked Chorizo Rub
Directions
1. Rinse and drain rice.
2. Put rice and 3 cups of water in pan.
3. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until
water is absorbed.
4. Remove from the heat, keep covered and let it sit for 5 minutes.
5. Fluff rice with fork, add butter and Smoked Chorizo Rub, mix well and serve.
