Smoky Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider or balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp grainy mustard
  • 1/2 shallot, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Quebec Maple Smoked Salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Add vinegar and Quebec Maple Smoked Salt to a mason jar, shake vigorously to disolve salt
  2. Add all other ingredients and shake to combine for an additional 20-30 seconds
  3. Store in fridge for up to 5 days
