Smoky Maple Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider or balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp grainy mustard
- 1/2 shallot, minced
- 1/2 tsp Quebec Maple Smoked Salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Add vinegar and Quebec Maple Smoked Salt to a mason jar, shake vigorously to disolve salt
- Add all other ingredients and shake to combine for an additional 20-30 seconds
- Store in fridge for up to 5 days
