Tofu Steak
Ingredients
- 454 g of firm or extra-firm tofu, cut into 2cm. slices
- 1 Tbsp of Kanel Butcher's Block
- 1 - 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
- Lightly rub tofu with olive oil, and sprinkle generously with Butcher's Block. Massage to penetrate the flavours & refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
- Remove the tofu from the fridge and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to ensure quick and even cooking.
- Pan fry until the steaks are golden and crispy. Serve with fries and a nice cold brew
