Vadouvan Curry Ketchup
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Vadouvan curry
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Directions
1. In a mortar & pestle grind Vadouvan Curry and sugar to a powder.
2. Add ketchup into a small bowl and mix in ground curry and sugar. Mix to fully encorporate.
3. Store covered in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
