Ingredients
- 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken
- ¼ cup good quality mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Spiced Pumpkin Blend
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 2 thinly sliced green onions
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 small unpeeled apple diced
- 1/2 cup grapes halved
Directions
- Combine the mayonnaise and 1 Tbsp of the Spiced Pumpkin Blend, and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Mix the chicken, celery, carrot, grapes, apple, green onion, remaining Spiced Pumpkin Blend and mayo mixture in a bowl. Salt as needed.
