Aglio Pizza Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 Tbsp Aglio Napoletano
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Optional: fresh parmesan or nutritional yeast
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut potatoes into wedges (approximately 4-6 per potato).
- Place potatoes wedges in a bowl and toss with oil.
- Sprinkle Aglio Napoletano over wedges and continue to toss.
- Arrange in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.

Optional: sprinkle with parmesan or nutritional yeast for extra cheeziness
