Infused & Roasted Garlic Bulbs

Ingredients

  • 4-6 garlic bulbs
  • Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp of Sun Roasted Tomato & Fennel

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut ¼ to ½ from the top of the bulbs (ensure each clove is exposed).
  3. Place garlic bulbs into a small cast iron pan or baking dish (cut side up).
  4. Brush each garlic bulb with oil and sprinkle generously with Sun-Roasted Tomato & Fennel.
  5. Cover pan or dish with aluminum foil and and bake until bulbs are soft to the touch, about 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool.
  6. Serve or remove garlic cloves and use in your favorite recipe.
