Ingredients
- 4-6 garlic bulbs
- Olive Oil
- 1-2 Tbsp of Sun Roasted Tomato & Fennel
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut ¼ to ½ from the top of the bulbs (ensure each clove is exposed).
- Place garlic bulbs into a small cast iron pan or baking dish (cut side up).
- Brush each garlic bulb with oil and sprinkle generously with Sun-Roasted Tomato & Fennel.
- Cover pan or dish with aluminum foil and and bake until bulbs are soft to the touch, about 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Serve or remove garlic cloves and use in your favorite recipe.
