Light n' Bright Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cod
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 package small tortilla wraps
  • 1 tbsp Organic Taqueria Blend
  • 1 tsp Holy Grail Garlic Salt
  • Optional: shredded cheddar OR crumbled cotija, pico de Gallo, a drizzle of crema, fresh radish or coleslaw. 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Place fish on a parchement lined cookie sheet, drizzle with oil, rub both sides with Organic Taqueria Blend & Holy Grail Garlic Salt
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, break into pieces with 2 forks
  4. Place fish in tortilla wrap and dress according to your taste!
