Savoury Peanut Umami Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar, plus extra
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, plus extra
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce, plus extra
  • 1 tsp Porcini Umami, plus extra
  • Pinch Fiery Sea Salt, plus extra
  • Splash of Olive oil, plus extra

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until peanut butter is fully emulsified with the liquid ingredients and no lumps appear.
