Savoury Shrimp & Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • ½ pound of cooked shrimp
  • 2 cups fresh or canned pineapple cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 Avocado cut into ¼” cubes
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced finely
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 finely diced jalapeno (remove the seeds unless you like it very spicy!)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Summer Sea Salt

Directions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour to let the flavours develop.
