Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Organic Spicy Chili Crunch
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Whisk together the Organic Spicy Chili Crunch and oil.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat (ideally non-stick or ceramic).
- Add the sauce mixture to your pan, spreading evenly. Once the mixture starts to bubble, add your eggs.
- As the eggs are cooking, tilt the pan and ladle some hot oil onto the top of the eggs to cook the whites.
- Cook the egg to your liking (we love sunny side up with a runny yolk and crispy bottom!).
- Serve immediately.
