1(14-ounce) package of extra-firm tofu, drained and sliced into slabs or cubes
Garnish: fresh cilantro, scallions, and extra Organic Spicy Chili Crunch
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients up to the ginger.
Place the cut tofu on a baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching. Pour over the sauce, and set aside to marinade (note, you can marinate up to 8 hours in the fridge).
Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve over rice or noodles with freshly steamed greens and your favourite garnishes.
