Summer Black Truffle Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Spaghetti (or preferred pasta)
  • 4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Summer Black Truffle Salt

Directions

  1. Bring large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook until al dente.
  3. Reserve a half cup of pasta water and strain pasta.
  4. Add olive oil to pot with truffle salt on low heat.
  5. Toss pasta, add pasta water as needed to emulsify.
  6. Serve immediately.
