Summer Black Truffle Pasta
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Spaghetti (or preferred pasta)
- 4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Summer Black Truffle Salt
Directions
- Bring large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook until al dente.
- Reserve a half cup of pasta water and strain pasta.
- Add olive oil to pot with truffle salt on low heat.
- Toss pasta, add pasta water as needed to emulsify.
