3-4 lbs whole Chicken
- Organic Sunday Roast
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 1 White Onion, quartered
- 1 head of garlic, head cut off so each bulb is exposed
- Fresh herbs to taste (rosemary, sage, thyme)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Rinse chicken inside and out and pat dry with paper towel.
- Liberally add Organic Sunday Roast to coat the outside of the chicken.
- Stuff garlic, onion, thyme, rosemary, and sage into the cavity of the chicken.
- Melt butter and brush the outside of the chicken.
- Tie the legs together with kitchen twine and tie wings under the chicken.
- Roast chicken for 90 minutes or until juices run clear.
- Let chicken rest under aluminum foil for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
