Sel de truffle

j'ai ouvert le sac pour y gouter sur le bout du doigt, j'étais curieuse car je connaissais la truffe d'été en pot, l'huile de truffle et aussi le fromage cheddar aux truffles (balderson) et le gout du sel est tres bon c'est une tres belle découverte, je dirais que ca va etre un duo parfait sur un plat de linguini avec quelques copeaux de fromage parmesan
