Our new limited-edition Salted Maple Sugar Block is made from 100% pure, organic maple sourced right from Érablière Varin in Oka, Quebec. Golden syrup is simmered until it thickens, then infused with our Cold Smoked Sea Salt and set into a brick mould to harden. The result? Perfectly balanced sweet-salty notes with a slightly smoky finish.

What an incredible surprise

Where has this been my whole life? I felt so nostalgic when I opened the package and smelled it, just like being at a cabane a sucre. I put 1/4 of it into the best maple baked beans and ate the rest just on it's own! I need to get more!!
