Our new limited-edition Salted Maple Sugar Block is made from 100% pure, organic maple sourced right from Érablière Varin in Oka, Quebec. Golden syrup is simmered until it thickens, then infused with our Cold Smoked Sea Salt and set into a brick mould to harden. The result? Perfectly balanced sweet-salty notes with a slightly smoky finish.
